Declaration of Indemnity

I, the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the participant

said

1. to know that the tour:

– is in no way a competition;

– takes place exclusively on roads open to the public and/or tracks/circuits, on which the laws of the country of situation are respected;

2. to have adequate insurance coverage both with regard to the vehicle used, regardless of the ownership relationship, and with regard to private liability;

3. to indemnify The Lakes GT Sagl and the entire organizing committee from any liability of any kind (in particular criminal, civil or administrative) that may arise from its participation in the event; the indemnity explicitly includes liability for any type of damage that may occur to the participant, his companion and their property, including theft or damage to the vehicle, regardless of its ownership, as well as liability for crimes or offences and for damage that the participant or his companion may cause to third parties or property, for whatever reason;

4. to undertake not to transfer the driving of his vehicle during the panoramic tour to the accompanying person who has not accepted and signed this declaration, assuming already now towards The Lakes GT Sagl the exclusive responsibility resulting from the non-observance of this prescription;

5. to undertake to indemnify The Lakes GT Sagl if the latter should be obliged to compensate third parties for damages attributable to the illegal behaviour of the participant or his companion during the event.

The relationship between the participant, companion and The Lakes GT Sagl is governed by Swiss law. The Court of Lugano shall have jurisdiction.
