On Sunday, May 6, 2018 the Launch Control targato The Lakes GT took place in Ticino territory. The day started with a brunch at the Hotel Villa Principe Leopoldo, during which those present had the opportunity to taste a wide range of delicacies specially selected for the event while enjoying the splendid view on the Ceresio that the terrace of the renowned hotel can offer. In the early afternoon the caravan, composed of 45 supercars, sped along the sunny and bucolic roads of Canton Ticino and Val Calanca. The route ended at the Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola, where the participants toasted and celebrated the beginning of the 2018 season.

Great success and immediate sold out for the June 2018 event in Tuscany.
The 70 participants with their supercars drove for no less than 1’200 km in the most scenic landscapes of central Italy, spoiled by excellent refreshment locations and 5-star hotels. The start of this exciting tour was held in Lugano; the first stop, almost compulsory, was Maranello, historical home of Ferrari and ancient culinary tradition.
Afterwards, the caravan continued towards Siena, passing through exciting roads such as the Futa pass, not far from the famous Mugello circuit. On the second day, the caravan faced a route immersed in nature, full of hills among the vineyards, passing through Montalcino and Pienza, where a free visit to the historic town was organized. Then, after many hours of adrenaline driving, arrived at the location of overnight stay, those present enjoyed an excellent dinner on the seashore ending the evening with the vision of exciting fireworks.
On the third day, the caravan returned to the hinterland to spend the last hours in the middle of the bucolic hills, passing through the renowned resort of Bolgheri, home of excellent wines recognized worldwide, and then ending in Forte dei Marmi with an elegant lunch on the beach.

On Sunday, September 9, 2018, the third Quattro Passi of The Lakes GT took place on Swiss territory in the Swiss Alps. In the morning, after regrouping the cars and enjoying an excellent breakfast at the Artisa Group center in Manno, the caravan composed of about 70 supercars of all the most renowned car brands, left for the Novena Pass. After driving over the Nufenen and Furka Passes, the supercars reached Andermatt. The lunch break took place at the restaurant of the renowned structure The Chedi, where the participants could enjoy a gourmet menu specially selected for them and enjoy the enchanting location. In the afternoon the supercars continued along the Oberalp and Lukmanier passes. After having paraded along the shores of Lake Lugano, the granturismo ended up at the hotel Villa Principe Leopoldo, where those present, in addition to having enjoyed a delicious and refined standing dinner, were able to attend a fashion show organized by the famous boutique for women Vivi l’Attimo.
